Samoa In Country Training Management
The SICTP is governed by the Project Coordinating Committee (PCC) chaired by the Director of the Oloamanu Professional Development Centre (OPDC). The PCC is comprised of representatives from the government of Samoa, the funding agencies, the sector coordinating agencies and the OPDC SICTP team.

Taumanupepe Sydney Faasau, Programme Manager
Taumanupepe Sydney Faasau the new manager of the SICTP comes with extensive experience in administration and management after working as Assistant Chief Executive Officer at the Division of Youth for several years. Sydney has had over 20 years in the public sector and his work in the last five years involved working with many non government organizations. Sydney is married with two children.

Faamasani Asi, Project Accountant
Faamasani Asi is a qualified accountant with considerable experience in the public and private sectors. He specializes in audit and has been a Financial Controller for various private enterprises. Mr Asi is an expert on MYOB and a computer wiz. Quiet but that is only a ruse, do not be fooled by it.
Solinuu Johnson, Administration Coordinator
Solinuu Johnson has extensive experience in project management mainly in the private sector. She is also an expert in Kaizen activities – a Japanese administrative tool – and has sound experience in planning. She is Ms smiley and a great team worker.
