Training 1 This training intends to increase the capacity of tourism operators to identify what leads to good customer service. By the end of the training, the participants will be able to: clarify the need for effective customer service, understand the importance of personal presentation and first impressions for customers, develop effective communication between customers, analyze potential customer expectations, demonstrate communication and telephone skills, practise good time management skills and explain what and how to manage/eliminate stress.
